Mary Kay Stradt, 61, of Stoutland, died Thursday, May 5, 2022, in her home.
She was born June 29, 1960, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Arthur “Jack’’ and Anna Henderson Laschanzky.
On June 21, 1980 she married Donald Eugene Stradt II.e most treasured time spent with her family. She had a beautiful smile which she gladly shared with her children.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack and one brother, Paul Wesley.
Mary Kay was born and raised in Iowa. After she and Donald were married, they made their home near Stoutland, Missouri. Throughout the years, Mary Kay worked continuously in the healthcare industry, first as a CNA, then becoming a CMT and finally ending her career in restorative therapy. She most treasured time spent with her family. She had a beautiful smile which she gladly shared with her children.
She is survived by her husband Donald E. Stradt II; two sons, Joey Laschanzky of Stoutland, and Brad Stradt and his wife Sue of Nebraska; one daughter, Donna Stradt of Stoutland; three grandchildren, Lilly Stradt and Adrian Stradt of Nebraska and Donnie Stradt of Stoutland; her mother, Anna Laschanzky of Stoutland; three brothers, Kenny and John Laschanzky, both of Iowa and Rod Laschanzky of Stoutland; other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service for Mary Kay Stradt will be held at a later date at the Stradt family farm. She is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
