The felony theft charge against former Lebanon Fire Inspector Andrew Keith Jordan has been removed from Case.Net after the missing firefighter gear, totaling $11,997.23 in value, was returned anonymously to Fire Station 1 on Sept. 6.
Jordans was initially summoned to appear before the court after the equipment he was tasked with delivering failed to arrive and no corroborating evidence appeared to his initial claims of delivering it to the shipping office.
