Phillip Rose, 70, of Lebanon, was born Feb. 9, 1954, in Ellsmore, Mo. to Phillip Burk and Myrtle M. Drake Rose and died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, at his home.
He is survived by his brother, Gary Heafley and his wife Kay of Lebanon; a special nephew, VanAllen Heafley and his wife Patricia.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bruce Doublin and Tim Blankenship officiating. Burial was in New Home Cemetery near Falcon. Visitation was held from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, in the funeral home.
A memorial has been established for the New Home Cemetery, and contributions may be left at the funeral home.
