Richard Wade Blythe, 41, of Richland, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2021, in the Lake Regional Hospital of Osage Beach.
He is survived by his wife Cathy of the home; mother, Rhonda Uptain of Arboles, Colo.; father, Richard Blythe of Ignacio, Colo.; one daughter, April Haggart (Cody) of Independence; four grandchildren, Colten, Mayleen, Kimberlynn, and Rylan; one brother, Justin Blythe (Beka) of Ignacio, Colo.; other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life gathering for Richard Wade Blythe will be held from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, in the Tri-County Fire Department of Richland, under the direction of Memorial Chapel of Richland.
