Robert Raymond (Bob) Franklin of Buffalo died Monday, Feb. 27, 2023. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo with burial in the Memorial Gardens of Memory Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW Post 4080 or the Dallas County Fair and left at the funeral home.
