Ronald Monroe “Ron’’ Little, 81, of Lebanon, died Friday, March 18, 2022, in Lebanon.

He was born Oct. 25, 1940, in Springfield, Mo. to Rolla Monroe and Theresa Gardner Little.

On May 11, 1963, he married Sally Joan Crow.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Mike Little, and one brother-in-law, Walter Richard Crow.

Ron is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sally; two sons, Randy Little of Lebanon, and Doug Little of Washington, D.C.; one daughter-in-law, Lisa Biggs Little of Lebanon; one brother, Tom Little and his wife Linda of Springfield; three grandchildren, Jacob Little and his wife Karianne, Cory Little and Jennifer McGuire and her husband Damon; three great-grandchildren, Camille Little, Gannon and Emersyn McGuire; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends.

He was the longtime owner of Crow Paint & Glass. He was a loving son, brother, cousin, husband (of 59 years!), dad, uncle, great uncle, grandpa and great grandpa. He was mischievous, strong willed, and funny. He was protective, generous, kind, and loyal. He was a friend to everyone he met. He could sell anything. He hated the thought of the DH in the National League. His timing was impeccable. He grew a mean tomato, pepper, and cucumber. He could throw a strike or two and pick up a spare. He loved animals. He was a heck of a baseball coach for generations of kids. He always put his family first. He fought hard. He beat cancer twice and the second time it was against all odds - a one in a million case, just like him.

Ron was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lebanon.
