Route 64A to close for Bennett Spring Park hatchery construction
According to a Missouri Department of Conversation press release, 64A will be closed from the park’s stone bridge to shortly beyond the Department of Natural Resources nature center for around six weeks.

The Missouri Department of Conservation announced on Dec. 30 that Bennett Spring will close a portion of Route 64A within its boundaries from Jan. 8 for around six weeks. The MDC in a press release stated that this is due to hatchery construction.
“This closure will extend east from the stone bridge to just past the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) nature center in the park,” the release said.
The release explained that the closure will permit construction workers to replace pipes and the water supply line underneath the road.
