Samuel W. Lewis, 80 of Lebanon, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
He was born Nov. 28, 1941, in Independence, Mo. to Gladys Harris Lewis and Ralph M. Lewis.
On Aug. 9, 1974, he married Sharon Marie Norman and had six children.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jaired C. Lewis.
Survivors include his wife Sharon, of the home; three sons, Zath M. Lewis of Lebanon; Sean A. Lewis of Marionville, and Clay Samuel Lewis of Pawhuska, Okla.; two daughters, Melissa Ann Wells of Sand Springs, Okla. and Benedette L. Lewis of Tulsa, Okla.; and 14 grandchildren.
