Schmitz named state group’s
superintendent of the year

Dr. Dave Schmitz, Superintendent of Lebanon Schools, has been honored as the 2025 Missouri Superintendent of the Year by the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA).
The School District made the announcement Saturday.
The award was presented during the annual Missouri School Boards' Association (MSBA) and MASA fall conference, where Dr. Schmitz was celebrated by Lebanon Schools Board members, administrators, and family.
