Shirley Ross, 80, of Buffalo, died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022.
She was born Feb. 12, 1942, at Eldridge, Mo. in Laclede County to Charles Lester Perry and Carrie Bell (Young) Perry.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and her husband John W. Ross.
She graduated from Lebanon High School and then finished her higher education in Kansas City, Mo. There she majored in accounting and business management.Through the years she was employed as a rental agent, Truman Medical Center, owned a lady’s boutique, and was a paralegal for a law firm.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews, cousins, and her friend and companion for several years, William Johns.
Graveside services and burial for Shirley Ross will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022, in the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield.
