Steven Harold Reeves, 64, of Lebanon, died Sunday morning, Jan. 16, 2022, at Mercy Hospital Springfield.

He was born Sept. 27, 1957, in Lebanon, Mo. to Jesse and Bonnie Williams Reeves.

Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Reeves; and two brothers, Ronald and Scottie Reeves.

He was born and raised in the Lebanon area and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1975. In 1983, he was married and to that union one daughter was born. He then continued to make his home in the Lebanon area for his entire life. He began working for Marathon Electric in his mid-20s and continued until retiring in 2010. After retiring, Steven worked with his brother, Dennis at Reeves Auto Upholstery Shop.

Steven had made his profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Community Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Tara Reeves of Waynesville; a grandson, Max Dunn of Waynesville; his father, Jesse Reeves of Lebanon; two brothers, Rev. Allen Reeves and his his wife Donna, and Dennis Reeves and his wife Teresa, all of Lebanon; two sisters, Annette Danek and her husband Scott, and Lana Boyer and her husband David, all of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Steven Harold Reeves will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon with the Rev. Allen Reeves and Steve Mino officiating. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park in Lebanon, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon.

A memorial has been established for Steven’s grandson’s education fund and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
