Dorothea Mae Farr, 85, of Marshfield, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021.
She was born Aug. 13, 1936, in Marshfield, Mo. to Oscar Albert and Pearl Mabel (Biggers) Replogle.
On Sept. 21, 1954, she married Gene Farr
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, two sisters, and a great-granddaughter, Jaycee Davy.
Dorothea worked many years for Zenith in Springfield and was a member of Black Oak Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Gene of the home; two children, James Farr and wife Carlene of Marshfield, and DeElla Neyer and husband Gene of Aurora; 10 grandchildren, CJ Farr (Amity), Todd Farr, Megan Neyer, Sarah Neyer Williams (Trent), Eddie Minton (Karene), David Minton, Michael Minton (Carla), Jennifer Roth, Robert Farr (Mikayla) and Jamie Davy (Joe); 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pauline Hendrix and Nina Twyman of Conway; as well as a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services for Dorothea Mae Farr will be held at noon Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at Day Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will be in Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m.-noon Thursday before the service. Memorial donations may be made to Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
