Jay Roger Zerbes, 57, of Lebanon, died Thursday morning, Dec. 23, 2021, at his home.
He was born Feb. 22, 1964, to Roger and Frances Gray Zerbes.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Mark Zerbes; and his sister, Tamara Nightingale and her husband Bill.
He had been a carpenter from Glenwood Springs, Colo. who had retired to Lebanon.
Survivors include a son, Jacob Zerbes and his wife Myla of Parachute, Colo.; a stepdaughter, Tarah Ybarra of Aurora, Ill.; two grandchildren, Aniyah and Cruzen and one on the way; a sister, Karen Mahabir and her husband Narace of Lebanon; a sister-in-law, Marilyn Zerbes; nieces and nephews, Katie Mahabir, Logan Mahabir, Lacey Butler-Chandler and Brandi McGreebey; and a host of other family members and friends.
