Two Laclede County farms that have been in the same family more than 100 years were recognized by Laclede County Missouri University Extension Thursday night.
The Esther farm is in the 35,000 block of Olathe Drive and Walter Esther acquired the original 140 acres of property in 1910. The honor was accepted by Ronnie and Ann Esther and Cam and Regina Esther.
The O’Dell farm on Clinton Road is owned by Paul and Janette O’Dell.
