A Lebanon man was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 1:39 a.m. Sunday on Route 66 at Springfield Road.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred when the unidentified driver of a northbound 2009 Ford Focus was being pursued by the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle returned to the roadway and struck a southbound 2021 Harley Davidson driven by a 39-year-old male from Lebanon, then traveled onto private property where the vehicle struck multiple stationary objects. The driver then fled the scene on foot.
