Phillip Alexander Burns, 72, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca Burns of the home; children: Steven Everett, Charles Everett and his wife Zoey, Nancy Burns and Alexandra Burns, all of Lebanon; two brothers, John Paul Burns and his wife Charlena of Mound City, Kan. and Eugene Burns and his wife Linda of Belton; five grandchildren, Serenity, Harmony, Milo, Tegan and Colton.
Funeral services for Phillip Alexander Burns will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2022, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, April 10 in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home. A memorial has been established and may be left at the funeral home.
