Beulah “Fern’’ Nicholas, 78, of Buffalo, was born Oct. 12, 1937, in Mansfield to Ivan and Eula (Matlock) Land and died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026.
She is survived by a son, Lynn Nicholas of Buffalo; a brother, Bill Land of Hartville; two sisters, Virginia Adkins of Wichita, Kan. and Betty Land of Hartville; a granddaughter, a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Adkins of Wichita, Kan. and Betty Land of Hartville.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Riverview Sweaney Cemetery. Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
