Bonnie Irene Mayes, age 91, of Lebanon, Mo., passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026, in the Lebanon North Nursing and Rehab in Lebanon, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Mayes of the home in Lebanon; her two children, Russell Mayes (Olive) of Farmersville, Ill. and Laura Wattles (Kevin) of Fort Smith, Ark.; three grandchildren, Heather DeVorak (T.J.) of Farmersville, Ill., Alex Mayes (Mary Margaret) of Farmersville, Ill. and Travis Wattles (Andrea) of Fairview, Tenn.; four great-grandchildren, Tucker and Hudson DeVorak and Catherine and Jaqueline Wattles; two sisters-in-law, Corrine Miller of St. Louis, Mo. and Edith Jespersen (Larry) of Columbia, Mo.; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2026, in the Lebanon First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Mount Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Lebanon, under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. in Lebanon First United Methodist Church.
Memorial contributions in memory of Bonnie Mayes may be made, and contributions may be left at Memorial Chapel or at the time of service.
