Cleta Sue Mulholland, 70, of Lebanon, was born Jan. 8, 1956, in Modesto, Calif. to Bill Frank and Joyce Lynell Luttrel Finley and died Saturday, July 18, 2026, in her home.
She is survived by two sisters, Terry Martinez and her husband Sam of Oakdale, Calif. and Holly Finley of Lebanon.
Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2026, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Burial will be at a later date in Mount Carney Cemetery. Visitation will be held immediately following the service.
A memorial to the Disabled American Veterans has been established, and donations may be left at the funeral home.
