Cynthia Regina Spriggs, an US Army Retiree, age 60, of Waynesville, Mo., passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

She is survived by her two daughters, Alexis Evans of Ellisville, Mo. and Aliyah Evans of Ballwin, Mo.; one grandchild, Andres Nino; the father of her children, Charles Evans, of Waynesville, Mo.; her father, Joseph Scrivens of Queens, N.Y.; her siblings, Darien Scrivens, Yvette Spriggs, Dawn Spriggs, Lisa Spriggs-Howell, Lyle Spriggs, and Juanita Spriggs; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at noon, Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, in the True Light Temple on Hwy 28, near St. Robert. Burial with Full Military Honors will be held at noon, Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville, under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, from 11 a.m. until service time at noon in True Light Temple.

Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Cynthia Spriggs and may be left at the funeral home.
