Dorothy (Dottie) Hamilton Simpson, 85, of Marshfield, was born July 22, 1941, in Marshfield to Ruth and J.H. Hamilton, and died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026.
She is survived by a sister, Connie Wood and her husband Glen of Springfield; children, Patricia Lister and her husband Rick of Caribou, Maine, Dorene Franklin and husband Billy of Marshfield, Lawrence (Larry) Berger Jr. and his wife Patty of Conway; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, at Marshfield Cemetery in Marshfield, under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield.
Memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
