EC Dugger, 80, of Hartville, formerly of Lebanon, was born May 11, 1946, in Hartville to Charley and Susie Dugger and died Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived by a son, Kenny Dugger and his wife Liz of Ozark; a brother, Donald, and a sister, Barbara.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday Sept. 11, 2026, at Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home in Hartville. Burial will be in Steele Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m.
