Eva Carr, 86, of Lebanon, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, at Mercy Hospital Lebanon.
She is survived by her husband Jim and two daughters, Brandy Carr of Lebanon, and Holly Welborn.
No services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
