Frances Elaine Masters, 94, of Webb City, formerly of Lebanon, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021, in Webb City Health and Rehabilitation Center in Webb City.
She is survived by two sons, Robert White and his wife Eileen of Bernice, Okla.; Richard White and his wife Terri of Sioux City, Iowa; two daughters, Tina Little and her husband Dave of Anabortes, Wash. and Cheryl Silkotch and her husband Steve of Anza, Calif.
