Debra “Debbie’’ Kay (Hammer) Faulkerson, 68, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in Oakville, Mo.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Tiffany) Detherage, David (Dawn) Detherage, Melissa (Brandon) Berrett, and Danielle (Justin) McGuirk; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
There are no formal services planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges-Scott-Millard Funeral Home of Camdenton.
