Lebanon Fire Inspector Andrew Keith Jordan has been issued a court summons to appear Monday to answer the felony charge of stealing $750 or more. The charge concerns currently unaccounted for firefighter gear that Jordan was tasked with delivering. The Sheriff Office’s probable cause statement reported that the missing gear amounts to $11,997.23 in value. The statement also noted Jordan’s statements during the interview placed the gear, meant to be shipped for resizing, in his vehicle and possession on April 22.
