A long-running musical tradition in Laclede County will continue this year when the 42nd annual New Horizons Gospel Spectacular is held July 26 through July 28 at the Cowan Civic Center.
Danny Rhoades, a member of the New Horizons singing group, said everyone is invited to the Spectacular.
I just want to invite everybody,” he said. “I want people to know they’re invited, they’re loved and they’re welcome.”
The annual concert will mark 58 years of the group singing together.
