Holly Paige Cooke, 31, of Norwood, was born July 6, 1992, to Joey and Kim Perry and died Monday, July 17, 2024, from injuries suffered in a car accident near her home.
She is survived by her husband Xavier (Matthew) Cooke; her children, LaKay Paige Abbott, Xavier Alexander Cooke, and Allison Jean Cooke; her parents, Joey and Kim Perry of Plainview, Texas; sisters, Keisha Ruff and her husband Ronnie of Quitaque, Texas, and Kassie Perry of Plainview, Texas; and a brother, Stewart Perry of Petersburg, Texas.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Hartville R-II High School in Hartville, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville.
A celebration of life will take place in Plainview, Texas at a later date.
