Hope Elaine Weber

Hope Elaine Weber went home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2026. During her last days and hours on this earth, she was surrounded by her family who will miss her very much.

Hope was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on June 2, 1954. Her parents were Uldean “Mama Dean” Blanton and Odell Mathis. She was the third oldest of eight children, including Brenda (Bob), Gayle (Jim), Tommy (Therese), Diane (Don), Norma (Shane), Dena (Jim), and Tammy (Mike).

On November 17, 1969, Hope married the love of her life, Howard Weber. From this union, two sons were born: Paul (Joanie) Weber and Steven (Brandy) Weber. She had eight grandchildren: Justin (Mickhila) Weber, Jacob Weber, Aaron Weber, Austin (Lauren) Weber, Nathan (Keisha) Pool, Noah Pool, Logan (Becca) Weber, and Audrey Weber. She also had six great-grandchildren: Elijah Weber, Anna Weber, Axton Weber, Luna Weber, Carter Pool, and Kahler Weber.

Hope was preceded in death by her mother, Uldean, her father, Odell, her stepfather, Buddy Blanton, her husband, Howard, her sister, Brenda, her brother-in-law, Don, and her great-grandson, Kahler Howard Weber.

Throughout her life, Hope was hardworking and God-fearing, while always maintaining a spirit of generosity and compassion. She loved her family and wanted nothing more than to keep her family happy, healthy, and close by. She loved all her nieces and nephews and always lit up when they called or stopped by.

Visitation for Hope Weber will be March 28, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and her funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM both at Sunnyview Free Will Baptist Church in Sunnyview, Missouri, with burial following at Mount Carney Cemetery in Competition, Missouri.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the hospice team on the 7th floor of Mercy Springfield. Their compassion and professionalism were amazing during this time. It takes special people to do what they do.
