John Hougardy Sr., 79, of Marshfield, was born April 1, 1946, in Wyoming to Pat and Viola Hougardy and died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025, in Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived by five children, John Hougardy Jr. of Conway, Sandy Hall of Mayview and Bill Hougardy of Lexington, Shawn Kieth Hougardy and Timothy Shane Hougardy of Marshfield; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025, at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. in Marshfield. Visitation will be held before services from 9-10 a.m. in the funeral home.
