Kevin Dwayne Beauchamp, 60, of Lebanon, was born Aug. 14, 1965, in Lebanon to Jerry Melville and Linda Lucille (Deckard) Beauchamp and died Sunday, March 22, 2026, in Lebanon.
He is survived by one brother, Brian Beauchamp and his wife Terry of Lebanon.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Kenneth E. Cowan Civic Center Foyer in Lebanon. There will be a private burial at a later date. His body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the MPBA Kevin Beauchamp Memorial Scholarship Fund. Donations can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, 1001 N. Lynn or P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, Mo. 65536.
