Leona Ellen Wallace, 89, of Buffalo, was born June 1, 1936 in Elkland to Clyde and Edith (Snodgrass) Blair and died Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, in Springfield.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Lombard and her husband Dan of Bentonville, Ark. and Vicky O’Neil and her husband Bo of Waynesville; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a sister, Phyllis Browne of Lee’s Summit.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, in Calvary Gospel Freewill Baptist Church with Dr. Douglas Earls and Pastor Mark Elliott officiating. Burial was in Mount Olive Cemetery. Visitation was 10-11 a.m. Monday in the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Calvary Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
