Patricia Jene Collins, 87, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023, in Lebanon.

She was born June 18, 1935, at Black to C.C. and Marie Mead Robinett.

On Feb. 26, 1955, she was united in marriage to Lonnie Collins at the First Baptist Church of Ironton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lonnie in 2007, and a sister, Phyllis Nicholson.

Pat was a military wife and followed her husband all over the world over his 25-year career. They later worked for over 35. years on a family farm near Dora. She enjoyed gardening and canning, sewing and quilting. She had several special pets and loved them. More than anything she loved time spent with family an friends.

She and husband Lonnie were faithful members of Bethany Baptist Church in Dora. After moving to Lebanon, she attended and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Craig of Lebanon Mona Chambers of West Plains; Natalie Strickland and husband Robert of Lebanon, and Josh Collins of Lebanon; grandchildren, Chrissy Collins and husband Bozo; Gabriel Chambers and wife Christy; Caleb Strickland and wife Tricia; Nathan Strickland and wife Danyelle, Aaron Strickland and Abby Ball and husband Caleb; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Patricia Irene Collins will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday Jan. 4, 2023, at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Pastor Don Ball and Caleb Strickland officiating. Burial will be in Sweeton Pond Cemetery in Dora, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Tabernacle Baptist Church.
