Rebecca “Becky’’ Herrera, 90, of Lenexa, Kan., formerly of Norwood, was born Jan. 8, 1935, in Norwood to George and Alva (Frye) Shores and died Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, in Lenexa, Kan.
She is survived by a son, David Cantrell; a daughter, Lecia Pollock; a daughter-in-law, Judy Cantrell; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a great-grandchild, who is expected in March.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Mountain Grove, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Mountain Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Little People of America, Inc. or Dementia Society of America.
