Rita Rae Buske Thacker was born March 1, 1946, to LeRoy and Rita Buske in Litchfield, Ill. She departed from this life to gain her heavenly home on March 24, 2026, at the age of 80 years old.
On December 24, 1974, she was united in marriage to Raymond Thacker, and they shared 51 years of love and laughter together.
Rita Rae and Ray raised three children, Vicki, Sean (deceased), and Carla. Her family was the most precious thing to her. She leaves behind, Vicki Anderson (Will), Carla Fishback (Mike). Five grandchildren, Brielle (Nathan) Bange, Abigail (Jackson) Webb, Brock Anderson, Hayden Thacker, Tyler Fishback.Two brothers, Ron (Jan) Buske, and John Buske. Along with two sisters, Judy (Gene) Amos, and Nancy (Mike) Allen. As well as a host of other family and friends.
There will be a private family burial in Litchfield, Ill.
