Russell Daniel Carter, 44, of Buffalo, was born Aug. 12, 1981, to Carl Carter and Kathy Turnipseed and died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025.
He is survived by his wife Sarah; six children, Raegan Carter, Kaylin Carter, Hannah Phares, Elizabeth Phares, Colt Carter, Roman Carter; his mother, Kathy Turnipseed and her husband Lynn, and three siblings, Stacy Cox and her husband Colby, Buster Carter and Kirby Carter.
A memorial service was held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5 2025, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo with Pastor Timothy Haupt officiating.
Visitation was from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
