Steven Richard “Steve’’ Farner, 73, of Lebanon, was born Nov. 26, 1951, in Lebanon to Donald Joseph and Opal (Chambers) Farner and died Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, in Lebanon.
He is survived by three children, Staci Rogers and her husband Scott, Lindsey Casey and her husband Joe and Brett Farner and his wife Kayla; nine grandchildren; his longtime significant other, Marsha Kimrey; a sister, Suzanne Andreas and her husband Dr. John; a brother, Mark Farner and Barb Mohn; a sister-in-law, Kelley Farner.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Rev. Marsha Vincent officiating. Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation was held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, also at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
Memorials have been suggested to Sleep In Heavenly Peace, a non-profit organization that builds beds for children, ensuring that no child sleeps on the floor in our town.
