Tarah Genelle (Johnston) Jenkins, 43, of Mansfield, was born Sept. 13, 1982, in Springfield to Jim and Joyce Johnston and died Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
She is survived by two sons, Hunter and Masyn Jenkins of the home; her parents, Jim and Joyce Johnston of Norwood; and a brother, Nate Johnston of Fulton.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at Caudle (Union Grove) Freewill Baptist Church in Norwood, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Mountain Grove.
A memorial has been established.
