Tyce Stuart Smith, 83 of St. Robert, Mo., local longtime attorney, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, in the Phelps Health Hospital of Rolla, Mo.
He is survived by his wife: Marilyn Smith of the home; four children: Carrie Williamson (Mike) of Laquey, Mo., Tyce Smith II (Shaunna Weber) of Waynesville, Mo., Whitney Stevicks (Joe) of St. Robert, Mo., and Courtney Smith of St. Robert, Mo.; eight grandchildren: Quinn, Lily, Jada, Olivia, Tierra, Mariah, Jamall, and Taylor; one great-grandchild: Za’Ryah; one sister: Lorena Carlson of Syracuse, Ind.; niece: Brandee Foley of the state of Indiana; along with other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made in memory of Tyce Smith to the Waynesville R-VI School District Snack-In-a-Pack program and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
