Wanda Elaine Osborn, 73, of Phillipsburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. A time of visitation will be held the hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery in Tunas.
