Wanda Sue Smith, 78, of Hartville, was born Dec. 9, 1947, in Stella, Mo. to Melvin Amos and Hattie Louelle (Bonham) Swofford and died Monday, July 27, 2026, in Springfield.
She is survived by her husband Jack Ray Smith; sons, Jeffrey Keith Smith of Hartville, and Jon Ray Smith (Renee) of Marshfield; a daughter, Judith Dawn Clinkscales (Larry) of Fayetteville, Ark.; daughter-in-law, Rita Ellen Smith of Hartville; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Wolf Creek Baptist Church. Burial was in Steele Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Mountain Grove.
A memorial has been established to Wolf Creek Free Will Baptist Church and contributions can be left at the funeral home.
