William Edward “Bill’’ Kelley, 65, of Mansfield, was born Oct. 16, 1959 in Cabool to Floyd and Juanita Kelley and died Monday, Oct. 13, 2025.
He is survived by his siblings, Jesse Kelley and his wife Barbara, Rick Kelley and his wife Nancy, Jim Ryan, Joe Ryan, and Marilyn Flake and her husband David; sisters-in-law, Lucille Kelley and Barbara Kelley; his children, Dana Kelley and her partner, Wayne Williams of Ava, Kathy Bradshaw and her husband Rusty of Norwood, Amy Kelley of Ava, John Matney of Mansfield, Jacob Kelley of Ava, and Jessica Davidson and her husband Jerry of Ava; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home in Mansfield.
A memorial has been established to the family.
