Jimmie Eugene Hughes, 73, of Richland, died Thursday, August 15, 2024, in the Lake Regional Health Care System, Osage Beach.
Jim is survived by his loving wife Rhonda Hughes; mother, Norma Hughes; sons, Bruce Hughes and wife Becky, Mark Hughes and wife Mary and Mark Gammons and wife Miki, daughter, Monica Rook and husband Brian; grandchildren, Tyler, Damion (wife Calista), Victoria (husband Gabe), Benjamin, Bekah, Kelly and Shallyn; great-grandchilren, Harlow and Evelyn.
Jim and Rhonda’s love extended much further than their biological family. Shane and Lisa Jennings and their children Shayna and Timothy and their grandchildren, Jimmie Jo, Liberty and Emmett were also a huge part of their lives and so, so, many others, too many to list, but all part of their hearts.
A celebration of Jimmie’s life was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Jimmie’s favorite hunting place on K Highway, in Laclede County, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Jimmie Eugene Hughes and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
