Lebanon City Council adopts new policy for parades

The Lebanon City Council has adopted changes to its policies on parades in the city. The City Council Monday night approved an ordinance that established three pre-approved parade routes that parade sponsors must select from and follow. Police Chief Jerry Harrison said the new ordinance prohibits parades on heavily traveled roadways in the city. For more on this story, see Wednesday's LCR.
