Crossroads of the Ozarks is not just the name for a community event in early October but also the culmination of student immersion in the history of Lebanon.
The project, tied in with the upcoming First Friday on October 4 and the Crossroads of the Ozarks event on October 5, hopes to teach students about Lebanon’s cultural heritage and provide them a voice in Lebanon’s future with the help of community partners, according to Adams’s summary.
“What we’re trying to do is find untold stories or underrepresented groups,” Adams said.
