The Lebanon Police Department responded to Fourth and Adams Streets for a reported crash and fight in progress Wednesday.
Officers arrested Joshua Lee Cox, a 37-year-old male of Lebanon, for felony Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked, Fail to Register Motor Vehicle, and No Insurance.
Police said a passenger in the Cox vehicle was cited for possession of an open container of alcohol and another passenger was transported by ambulance from the scene.
