Lebanon Missouri Main Street, Inc. Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Lagina Fitzpatrick, CMP, CHSC as the new Executive Director of Downtown Lebanon. With an extensive background in tourism, marketing, event management, and community development, Fitzpatrick brings a wealth of experience and a passion for marketing destinations.
As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Hospitality Sales Consultant (CHSC), Fitzpatrick has spent years fostering economic growth and promoting vibrant communities. Her leadership will focus on advancing Downtown Lebanon’s mission to preserve its historic charm while driving business development, visitation, and community pride.
“I am honored to join Lebanon Missouri Main Street and lead efforts to enhance the heart of the city,” said Fitzpatrick. “Downtown Lebanon is a cornerstone of the community, and I look forward to collaborating with local businesses, residents, and partners to continue the growth and create a thriving destination for all.”
Fitzpatrick previously served as Executive Director of Lake of the Ozarks Tri-County Lodging Association, a non-for-profit, where she successfully led tourism initiatives that boosted regional economic impact and visitor engagement. She has coordinated large-scale events, developed strategic marketing campaigns, and built strong partnerships with local businesses and civic organizations. Her efforts have earned recognition for driving sustainable tourism growth and enhancing community visibility on a statewide and national level. Fitzpatrick has received many accolades over the years and is a recipient of the Tourism Ambassador Award presented by the Missouri Division of Tourism. She also served as the President of Missouri Travel Alliance and Coordinator for Show Me Missouri Sports.
