The Laclede County 911 Advisory learned about the Lebanon Police Department’s new feedback procedure with Laclede County Central Dispatch during Tuesday’s meeting in the 911 Conference Room of the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office and the county’s emergency communications center at 240 N. Adams Ave.
During the 911 Advisory Board’s Tuesday meeting, board chair Jerry Harrison (Lebanon Police Chief) shared a new feedback form the LPD was beginning to use to help address issues with dispatching and radio. This feedback form was for members of the LPD directed towards Central Dispatch.
At the time of the meeting, the form was in the process of becoming an official use document for the LPD to address complaints Harrison had received by gathering information to determine if there is an issue and if so, how to implement a solution. He also highlighted the feature on the form that gives a response to the complainant’s problem.
