Ronald Frank Powell, 72, of Richland, died Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in the Cox South Hospital of Springfield.
“Ronnie” is survived by his wife, Christine Powell of their home, three children, Ronald F. Powell II (Amy) of Janesville, Wis., Kenneth Ray Powell of Richland, and Sarah Alicia Reisch (Jason) of Richland; five grandchildren, Jameson, Leo, Emma, Kierstin, and Abigail; one brother: Ray Powell (Karen) of the state of Wash.; two sisters: June Burton (Doug) and Patty Hooker (Paul) all of Richland; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
The Powell family invites everyone that would like to join them in a Celebration of Ronny’s life from 12:00 p.m. until evening on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the family farm, 2125 South Wet Glaize, near Richland. The family does request for guests to bring chairs. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. A video of Ronny’s life will be shown throughout the day.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are being accepted in memory of Ronald Frank Powell, and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
