Thelma Darlene Samuels, 79, of Lebanon, died Monday, April 24, 2023, in her home.
She is survived by her husband Howard E. Tackkett of Lebanon; six children, Teresa Elam of Stoutland; Trudy Hudgens of Phillipsburg; Rick Hudgens (Christine) of Springfield; Crystal Hilton (Mike) of Marshfield; Brandi Tackkett-Schneider (Bryce) of Lebanon, and Tracey Tackkett-Addis (Shaun) of Camdenton; 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joe Richards of Sumter, S.C., and Harold Richards of Cabool; one sister, Anna Laverne Rowden of Bucyrus; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
No public services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Thelma Samuels and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
